หนึ่งร้อยปีบ้านตลาดสามย่าน

           พูดถึงบ้านตลาดสามย่าน  อำเภอแกลง  จังหวัดระยอง  ซึ่งในอดีตเมืองแกลงขึ้นอยู่กับจังหวัดจันทบุรี  แต่เมื่อปี พ.ศ.๒๔๕๑  หรือเมื่อ ๑๐๐ ปีก่อน  ในสมัยรัชกาลที่  ๕  มีเหตุการณ์สำคัญเกิดขึ้นในเมืองแกลงและบ้านตลาดสามย่าน  ๒  ประการสำคัญ  คือ

           ๑. ยุบเมืองแกลงจากเดิมซึ่งเคยขึ้นกับเมืองจันทบุรีหรือเมืองจันทบูร  ให้มาขึ้นตรงกับเมืองระยองด้วย  ดูจากระยะทางและการคมนาคม  เมืองระยองดูจะใกล้กว่า  รวมถึงจำนวนประชากรของเมืองระยอง ยังมีจำนวนน้อยกว่าเมืองจันทบุรีหรือมณฑลจันทบุรีในขณะนั้น
           ๒. อีกเหตุการณ์หนึ่งที่เกิดขึ้นในปีเดียวกัน  ก็คือการย้ายบริเวณที่ตั้งเมืองแกลงจากบ้านดอนเค็ด (บ้านทางเกวียน)  ย่านวัดโพธิ์ทองพุทธาราม (วัดบ้านหนทางเกียน)  มาอยู่  ณ  บ้านตลาดสามย่าน ซึ่งบ้านตลาดสามย่านได้เกิดขึ้นมาตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ.๒๓๔๙  ซึ่งกวีเอกสุนทรภู่ได้มีการบันทึกไว้ในนิราศ
เมืองแกลงของท่านตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ.๒๓๔๙  หรือเมื่อสองร้อยสองปี (๒๐๒ ปี)  ก่อน

           ดังนั้น  จึงถือว่าการย้ายเมืองแกลงมาอยู่บ้านตลาดสามย่านจึงถือมาจากปี ๒๔๕๑  ซึ่งเมื่อมาถึงปี พ.ศ.๒๕๕๑  ก็จึงนับได้ว่า  ในปีนี้บ้านตลาดสามย่านเมืองแกลง  จึงมีอายุครบ  ๑๐๐  ปีพอดี

           เทศบาลตำบลเมืองแกลงจึงได้จัดให้มีการเฉลิมฉลอง "หนึ่งร้อยปีบ้านตลาดสามย่าน  เมืองแกลง" โดยการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ประชาชนในเมืองแกลงของเรารับทราบถึงการทำงานที่ได้พัฒนาบ้านตลาดสามย่านให้ไปในทิศทางที่ดี  รวมถึงการอนุรักษ์ไปพร้อม ๆ กัน  อีกทั้งทำให้ประชาชนได้อยู่ดีมีสุขแบบ ยั่งยืนตลอดไป

          When we are talking about "Baan Talad Samyan" Klang district,Rayong province in the past time which belonged to Chantaburi Province since B.E.2451 or One Hundred years ago. In the regal of The King Rama V(5) there was the Two  importants   situation that happened in Muang Klang and Baan Talad Samyan.

             1.Muang Klang used to reported with Muang Chantaburi or Chantaboon, then Changed to report with Muang Rayong because of the Distance and  communication Rayong looked more closer than  Chantaburiand including of population in Muang Klang was less than Muang Chantaburi or Monthon Chantaburi at that time.
             2. The other situation was happened in the same year  that was the movement  of  Muang Klang  from Baan Donkled (Baan Thang Kiean)  near Wat Phothong Puddharam (Wat Baan Hon Thang Kiean) to Baan  Talad Samyan since it was in B.E. 2349 which Sunthorn Poo the best poet has written down in his poem "Niras  Muang Klang  in B.E.2349 since Two Hundred and Two Years ago (202 years)

             So we believed that the movement of Muang Klang to Baan Talad  Samyan should Began  in B.E.2451. When it come to this year B.E.2551 it means that Baan Talad Samyan Muang Klang is coming to One  Hundred years old for Anniversary.

             Muang Klang Municipality will celebrate " One Century Baan Talad Samyan" by present the informations to the population in Muang Klang about the Development and reserve it all together and make the population be Happy  for ever.

หาของขวัญให้พ่อ

               “พ่อ” ในความหมายทั่วไปคือ  ผู้ที่ให้กำเนิดหรือคนที่สามารถเป็นเพื่อน  เป็นที่พึ่งที่ปรึกษาเวลาเรามีเรื่องทุกข์ร้อน  เพราะฉะนั้นใน “วันพ่อแห่งชาติ” ปีนี้  เราก็ควรจะหาของขวัญให้พ่อเพื่อเป็นการบอก “รัก” “ขอบคุณ”  ในความดีและการกระทำต่างๆที่พ่อทำให้เรามาตลอด
               การให้ของขวัญไม่จำเป็นจะต้องหาของแพงๆหรือของใหญ่ๆก็ได้  สำหรับคนเป็นพ่อนั้นไม่ต้องการอะไรเป็นการตอบแทน  แต่ขอให้ลูกเป็นคนดี  พ่อทุกคนก็มีความสุขแล้ว  แค่ดอกไม้หรือพวงมาลัยมากราบ “พ่อ” หรือแค่เข้ามากอด  มาหอม “พ่อ”  พ่อก็จะมีความสุขที่สุดแล้ว
               ส่วนของขวัญที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับ “พ่อของแผ่นดิน”  ก็คือ  ต้องการเพียงให้ประชาชนที่เป็นลูกทุกคน  รักสามัคคี  อยู่กันโดยสงบ  อยู่กันอย่างพอเพียง  และเป็นคนดีของประเทศชาติ

The  Father’s  Presen

               “Dad”  or  “Father”  for  the  ordinary  people  is  the  person  who  give  a  births  or  can  be  a  friend,  or  the  best  adviser,  while  you  are  in  trouble.  So  in  this  year  of  “The  Father’s  Day”we  ought  to  find  the  presents  to  give  to  our  Fathers  to  tell  that  “We  Love”  and   “Thanks  you”  in  every things  that  “Dads”  do  for  us  long  times.
               The  presents  to  “Dad”  not  nessesary  to  buy  the  expensive  thing  or  the  biggest  thing.  For  the  Father  he  needn’t  anything  in  returned  from  this  sons  or  daughters.  He  needed  their  Children  would  be  good  boys  and  girls  and  happily.  Just  only  flowers  or  carlands  to  pay-respect  for  “Father” or  come  and  hold, kiss “Father”  that  can  make  the  happiest  of  all.
               But  the  best  present  “For” The  Father  of  the  Land”  just  only  want  all  people who are his kids love, joy  and  cooperate , live in peace , live on the sufficial economy and be well for the (country and Nation.

พระเจ้าแผ่นดินของเรา  พ่อของเรา

                ไม่มีประชาชนที่ไหนจะโชคดีเท่าประชาชนคนไทย  ที่มีพระเจ้าแผ่นดินที่ประเสริฐที่สุดและยังทรงเป็น “พ่อ” ของแผ่นดินด้วย  ซึ่งพระราชกรณียกิจของพระองค์นั้นมากมาย  เพื่อประโยชน์สุขของพสกนิกรชาวไทยทุกคน  พระองค์ยอมเหน็ดเหนื่อยเพื่อให้ประชาชนและประเทศไทยเจริญก้าวหน้าในทุกๆด้าน
                60 ปี  ที่ทรงครองราชย์สมบัติมา  ไม่เคยที่จะไม่มีวันไหนจะไม่ทรงงานและจะต้องไปเยี่ยมประชาชนของพระองค์ตลอดเมื่อมีเวลา  พระองค์ทรงมีพระคุณอเนกอนันต์  ดูแลประชาชนประดุจ “พ่อดูแลลูก”  และยังได้ทรงนำปรัชญาที่มีประโยชน์ต่อประชาชนทุกระดับให้นำปรัชญานี้ไปใช้นั่นก็คือ  ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง  เพื่อให้ประชาชนมีความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีขึ้น  ประชาชนต่างพร้อมใจถวายให้พระองค์เป็น “พ่อของแผ่นดิน”  ของประชาชนทุกคนในชาติ
                และในปีนี้ในวันที่ 5 ธันวาคม  2550  ก็จะเป็นวันพระราชสมภพของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว  เป็นวันมหามงคลที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงเจริญพระชนมายุครบ  80  พรรษา  ประชาชนต่างพร้อมใจกันถวายพระพร  ขอให้พระองค์ทรงพระเจริญ  และอยู่เป็น “พ่อ”  ของปวงชนชาวไทยตลอดกาลนานเทอญ

Our King, Our Father

            Not many of people in this word would be as lucky as Thai people that we have the Great King and the Father of the Land.  His Majesty the King’s Duties always useful and make happiness to his populations all over Thailand.  His majesty the King works very hard for all people and the progressive of Thailand in every directions.
            Since the 60th  years celebrations of his majesty accession to the throne.  Not any days that.  His Majesty the King will never works and all the time go to visits his people. 
            His Majesty the King’s Dibine Greace and always look after his people as same as the father look after his children and he brings the philosophy that useful for all people in every status used his philosophy “sufficial Economy” to serve all the people in the best living.  All people of Thailand “Called His Majesty the King The Father of the Land”.  By this year December 5th  2550 is His Majesty the King’s Birthday Celebrations on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty the King’s 80th   Birthday all people of Thailand wishing him to be “Long Live His Majesty the King”.

             ฉันชอบฤดูหนาวมากๆ  เพราะฉันรู้สึกว่ามันอบอุ่นมากกว่า  จะเย็นหรือหนาวสำหรับประเทศไทยนั้นฤดูหนาวจริงๆก็คงจะมีอยู่เฉพาะทางภาคเหนือหรือบนยอดดอยเท่านั้น  แต่ในที่อื่นๆก็คือมี 2 ฤดูเท่านั้นคือ ฤดูร้อนและฤดูฝน
             แต่สำหรับที่อำเภอแกลง  ฉันเพิ่งจะได้สัมผัสอากาศเย็นเป็นครั้งแรกที่นี่  ในต้นๆอาทิตย์ของเดือนพฤศจิกายน  ซึ่งมันดีมากๆเลย  ไม่เคยเจอมาก่อน  ทั้งๆที่มาเมืองแกลงหลายครั้งแต่ก็เห็นแค่ 2-3 วัน  เท่านั้น
             นั่นก็คงจะเป็นเพราะอากาศมักเปลี่ยนแปลงบ่อยในช่วงนี้  เนื่องมาจากภาวะโลกร้อนดังที่เคยกล่าวมาแล้ว  และอากาศก็จะค่อนข้างเปลี่ยนแปลงไปเรื่อยๆ  หรือถ้าภาวะโลกร้อนถึงขั้นวิกฤติมากๆ  ต่อไปในภายหน้าประเทศไทยอาจจะเป็นหิมะตกก็อาจจะเกิดขึ้นได้  เพราะฉะนั้นทุกๆคนจะต้องระวังในเรื่องภาวะโลกร้อนจึงควรช่วยกันประหยัดพลังงาน  ช่วยกันปลูกต้นไม้มากๆ  เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดภาวะโลกร้อนจนถึงขั้นประเทศไทยมีหิมะตกเลย

I like cold season

             I feel love cold season very much because I feel the warmest in place of cold or colder.  For Thailand the real winter should be only in the  northern part or on the hill only.  And in other places they always have 2 seasons hot and rainy season.
             At Klang District I just touch the cold season for the first time at the first week of November which is very nice that I have never seen it before since I came here in Klang many times but just met only 2-3 days.
              That’s because the climate always change by this time it from the Global warming that I had been saying and the climate must always change again and again.  If the Global warming is in the last permission, may be in the future the snow must falling down to Thailand so every body must bewear about The Global warming by saving the energy and growth many plants to protect The Global warming till Thailand has the snow falled.

             เพราะฉะนั้นหน้าที่ของประชาชนชาวไทยก็คือออกไปใช้สิทธิ์ของท่านเลือกผู้แทนที่ดีเข้าไปเป็นปากเสียงแทนประชาชนในรัฐสภาฯ แต่หน้าที่ที่สำคัญที่สุดสำหรับประชาชนที่พึงกระทำในการเลือกตั้งคือให้ได้ผู้แทนที่ดีที่สุด
                        1. ไปตรวจสอบรายชื่อของท่านว่าท่านมีชื่ออยู่ในบัญชีผู้มีสิทธิ์เลือกตั้งหรือไม่ถ้าไม่มีจะได้แจ้งต่อเจ้าพนักงาน ในเขตที่ท่านมีทะเบียนบ้านอยู่          

            เพราะฉะนั้นทุกท่านพึ่งใช้สิทธิ์ในการเลือกตั้งของท่านเพื่อเลือกผู้แทนที่ท่านคิดว่าเป็นคนดีที่สุดเพื่อนำพาประชาชนและประเทศชาติไปสู่ความเจริญก้าวหน้าต่อไป

Let’s go to vote

            Sunday 23th December 2007 is the day for election the members of the assembly for the parliament all over the Kingdom of Thailand.  The election have two systems.  One system is party list zone and other one is departmentally area.  Which the people will be interesting in and preparing themselves to go to the election by their resgistration’s houses.  It should be the best thing for Thailand that will have the priminister from the demoeratic election.

            So all Thai people support to go out to vote for their favorite assemblyman which can work and do their best duty but Thai people have to check every thing before they go to vote

1.Check your name’s list that it has your name or not if it not, you must report to the officer where your house is belonging.
2.Notice to your I.D. card on the expiry date or it is distroy or not.  If it is expired you must renew it, or if it lost you have to make a new one.
3. And someone can election for the first time in the same way you must check your name’s list or report at the district office.
4. And the last thing that very important for everybody is not to sold your voting to any assemblyman or any political party.

            If you sold your voting mean that you have already sold your soul and your life. Therefore every body should going to vote for this election to chose the best member of assembly that can lead their people and the country to be world wide in the future.

             วันลอยกระทง  ในความเป็นมาและปฏิบัติมาโดยตลอดก็คือตรงกับวันขึ้น  15  ค่ำเดือน  12 ของทุกปี  นั่นจึงทำให้คนไทยมีประเพณี “ลอยกระทง” 

             วันลอยกระทงหรือวันเพ็ญเดือนสิบสองเป็นประเพณีที่สืบต่อมายาวนาน  ตั้งแต่ครั้งสมัยกรุงสุโขทัยเป็นราชธานี, มาถึงสมัยกรุงศรีอยุธยาและจนถึงสมัยกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์  จวบจนปัจจุบัน

             ประเพณีลอยกระทงนั้น  เชื่อกันว่ามีขึ้นตั้งแต่สมัยที่มีพระพุทธเจ้าเกิดขึ้นบนโลกแล้ว โดยเชื่อว่าเกิดจากการบูชารอยพระพุทธบาท ของพระพุทธเจ้าที่ประทับอยู่ริมฝั่งแม่น้ำนัมทามหานทีแต่ชาวอินเดียก็มีประเพณีลอยกระทง เพื่อการสะเดาะเคราะห์และขอขมาต่อพระแม่คงคา  แม่น้ำที่สำคัญที่สุดของประเทศอินเดีย

             การลอยกระทงในปัจจุบันมีการรณรงค์ให้ใช้กระทงที่ทำมาจากธรรมชาติที่สามารถย่อยสลายได้ง่าย  เพื่อรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมและระบบนิเวศน์  ประเพณีลอยกระทงยังทำให้เกิดความรักสามัคคีกันในชุมชนเพราะประชาชนยังได้มาร่วมทำกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ  ในวันนี้อีกด้วย  และประเพณีลอยกระทงยังทำให้เรามีการประกวดสาวงาม  ซึ่งเรียกว่า “นางนพมาศ”  อันเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของประเพณีลอยกระทงด้วย

             “น้ำ”  คำสั้น ๆ แต่ความหมายและคุณค่ามากมายมหาศาล  น้ำมีประโยชน์ต่อมนุษย์และสิ่งมีชีวิตทุกชนิดในโลกนี้  รวมทั้งต้นไม้น้อยใหญ่ด้วย  น้ำทรงคุณค่าและทรงพลังอยู่ในตัวเอง  เราจึงนำคุณค่าและพลังของน้ำมาใช้ในการดำรงชีวิตของมนุษย์ในชีวิตประจำวัน  โดยใช้ในการบริโภค, อุปโภค,  การเกษตร,การอุตสาหกรรม, ทางเทคโนโลยีและการท่องเที่ยว
-  น้ำกับการใช้ชีวิตประจำวัน  ก็คือ  ดื่ม, อาบ, ซักผ้า, ทำความสะอาดบ้านเรือน  และอื่น ๆ
-  น้ำกับการอุปโภค  บริโภค  ก็คือนำน้ำไปทำน้ำประปาเพื่อการใช้ที่สะอาดยิ่งขึ้นกว่าตามธรรมชาติ
-  น้ำกับการเกษตร  เพราะประเทศเราเป็นประเทศเกษตรกรรมเพราะฉะนั้น  น้ำจึงมีบทบาทมากที่สุด  เพื่อให้เกษตรกรมีน้ำไว้ทำนา  ทำไร่  รวมถึงการทำปศุสัตว์ด้วย
-  น้ำกับการอุตสาหกรรม  ก็คือไม่ว่าจะเป็นอุตสาหกรรมเล็กหรือใหญ่  น้ำก็เป็นสิ่งสำคัญในการทำโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมต่าง ๆ  ของทุกโรงงานและอุตสาหกรรม
-  น้ำกับทางเทคโนโลยีก็ยิ่งมีความสำคัญมากโดยนำพลังของน้ำมาผลิตกระแสไฟฟ้าเพื่อความสะดวกสบายของมนุษย์และเพื่อทำอุตสาหกรรมต่าง ๆ

           ในความเป็นอยู่และที่สำคัญที่สุดก็คือการทำแหล่งน้ำ, แม่น้ำ, น้ำตก  มาทำให้เกิดแหล่งท่องเที่ยวซึ่งสามารถทำรายได้เกี่ยวกับการท่องเที่ยวมีมูลค่ามหาศาล  แต่การที่จะทำให้แหล่งน้ำเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวได้ต้องดูแลเอาใจใส่ให้แหล่งน้ำนั้น  สวยสะอาดและคงสภาพตามธรรมชาติมากที่สุด  โดยจัดการท่องเที่ยวแบบอนุรักษ์ให้มีระบบนิเวศน์ที่ดีและสิ่งแวดล้อมในบริเวณนั้น ๆ  ได้อยู่ในสภาพที่เหมาะแก่การท่องเที่ยวและต้องทำนุบำรุงให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ดีอยู่เสมอ  โดยเฉพาะคุณภาพของน้ำ

             และที่สำคัญที่สุด  แหล่งน้ำหรือแม่น้ำสายสำคัญ ๆ ของแต่ละประเทศยังเป็นสิ่งที่บ่งบอกได้ถึงความเจริญทางอารยธรรม  ขนบธรรมเนียมและประเพณีต่าง ๆ  ของประเทศนั้น ๆ  เช่น  ประเทศไทยก็มีแม่น้ำสายสำคัญมากมายที่หล่อเลี้ยงชนในชาติได้มีชีวิตตามวิถีริมน้ำและประเพณีมากมาย  เช่น  ประเพณีลอยกระทง, ประเพณีไหลเรือไฟ, ประเพณีแห่บั้งไฟพญานาคและประเพณีการแข่งขันเรือยาว  ซึ่งได้รับการยอมรับและสืบสานประเพณีนั้น ๆ ตลอดมา

              น้ำยังเป็นแหล่งอาหารที่สำคัญอีกแหล่งหนึ่งของมนุษย์  เพราะแม่น้ำ  ทะเล  มหาสมุทร  เป็นแหล่งอาหารที่สำคัญและแหล่งใหญ่ที่สุดของมนุษย์  ดังนั้นน้ำจึงมีความสำคัญที่สุดของมนุษยชาติ

             แต่บัดนี้  น้ำที่มีประโยชน์มากที่สุด  กลับจะกลายมาเป็นสิ่งที่เป็นอันตรายมากที่สุดเช่นกัน  ทั้งนี้ก็เกิดจากน้ำมือมนุษย์เองที่ทำให้โลกร้อนขึ้นหรือเกิดปรากฎการณ์เรือนกระจกมาก  จึงทำให้ความร้อนไปทำให้ภูเขาน้ำแข็งขั้วโลกเกิดการละลายเร็วและเป็นจำนวนมาก  จึงทำให้น้ำในระดับน้ำทะเลสูงขึ้นประมาณ  140  เซนติเมตร  จึงทำให้น้ำในที่ต่าง ๆ สูงและมีจำนวนมากขึ้นด้วย  จึงทำให้ในที่ต่าง ๆ เกิดปรากฎการณ์น้ำท่วม  ทำให้ผู้คนเดือดร้อนไม่มีที่อยู่อาศัยหรือแม้แต่เสียชีวิต

              เราจึงควรจะรักษาโลกไม่ให้ร้อนมากไปกว่านี้และช่วยกันปลูกต้นไม้เพื่อให้เป็นที่รองรับน้ำและอุ้มน้ำไว้ได้  และที่สำคัญที่สุดเราต้องช่วยไม่ให้โลกเราร้อนไปมากกว่านี้

Water  a short word  but  it is valuable,  water has many useful  for  haman  being and every lives in this world,and also big plants.Water is weatthy and many powerful by itself. We have to use it  wealthy and powerful of water.

-     Water with the agriculture. Because Thailand is the country of greicultural so,
water must be the most  important for the farmers who do the farms and garden  And amimal farms.
-     Water with the industrial big or small . Water is also importance for any kinds  of the industry.
-     Water with the new technology is very important by using the energy of water  or  produce the electricity for all comfortable of human being and industrial.
On the best living and the important things to serve the water sources such as river, waterfall to be the favorite tourist to make more benefits,but how to make it in to the favorite  tourist. We should look after those water sourees  by keep elean  and make it stably by its  nature
We should manage the tourism by the Ecotourism and the best Ecosystems and  Enviromental enough for the favorite tourists.  Including of take the responsibility and  quality of water.
Especially  water sourees or big river of any countries and identify the progressive,civilization,customs and traditions of those contries such as”Thailand” There are many important river can support there population. People who lived in the water front have  Many festivals such as, Loykathong festival, Lai ruae fai, Bung fai payanak and boats raeing which excepted and follow those festivals for long times.

Water is a big source for human”s food because river, sea and ocean are the biggest  of food soures for human being
But right now even water is very useful for people all of the world has turned to be  harmful by the hands of human being who make the world go to The Global warming or  The Greenhouse effect.
The ice burg form the north pole melted very fas tand plenty of water flown down  to the sea.   The hight sea level is about 140 c.m. , The suffer, and no sheltor or even die
We have to heal the world source, for not  be Global warming by growing many trees to keep and  protect the water.

ได้ทำที่พักไว้ให้ผู้ที่มาท่องเที่ยวได้มีอุปกรณ์ในการอาบน้ำครบครัน  มีโรงแรม, รีสอร์ทต่าง ๆ เกิดขึ้นมากมาย  รวมทั้งร้านอาหาร  ตลอดจนที่จอดเรือและขายของสดที่ขึ้นมาจากทะเล  ร้านของฝาก  ของที่ระลึกต่าง ๆ มากมาย  ซึ่งนับว่าดีและพัฒนาขึ้นมามาก  แต่ในทางตรงข้ามนั้นสำหรับข้าพเจ้าแล้วคิดว่าความงดงามในรูปแบบสมัยก่อนจะดูดีและเป็นธรรมชาติ  ปัจจุบันความสวยงามและสิ่งแวดล้อมเปลี่ยนไป  ขยะมากขึ้น  คนรับผิดชอบต่อแหล่งท่องเที่ยวน้อยลง  การประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ช่วยกันดูแลแหล่งท่องเที่ยวยังไม่เพียงพอ

                        ดังนั้นเมืองแกลงเมื่อ  37  ปีที่แล้วของข้าพเจ้ามีมนต์เสน่ห์มากกว่าปัจจุบัน
                        แต่สิ่งสำคัญที่ตลอด  37  ปี  ที่ข้าพเจ้ามาเมืองแกลงที่ไม่เคยเปลี่ยนแปลงเลยก็คือ “ประเพณีและวัฒนธรรม”  ที่ข้าพเจ้าประทับใจมาตลอดและมาร่วมอยู่เสมอ ๆ ก็คือ
                        1.  ประเพณีสงกรานต์
                        2.  ประเพณีการแห่ขบวนผลไม้
                        3.  ประเพณีเข้าพรรษาและตักบาตรข้าวสารอาหารแห้งในช่วงเข้าพรรษา
                        4.  ประเพณีตักบาตรเทโว
                        5.  ประเพณีลอยกระทง
                        6.  ประเพณีงานบุญกลางบ้าน
                        7.  เทศบาลปีใหม่

                        โดยเฉพาะงานสงกรานต์และวันส่งท้ายปีเก่าต้อนรับปีใหม่  อันนี้เป็นความรู้สึกส่วนตัวที่ได้เล่นสงกรานต์กับลูก ๆ หลาน ๆ ที่อยู่ในอำเภอแกลง  ซึ่งสนุกมากสำหรับข้าพเจ้า  และที่ประทับใจจริง ๆ มาก ๆ  นั่นก็คือประเพณีตักบาตรเทโว  และประเพณีงานบุญกลางบ้าน  ซึ่งจัดได้ประทับใจมาก ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นประเพณีตักบาตรเทโวที่นิมนต์พระสงฆ์จำนวนเป็นร้อย ๆ รูปมารับบิณฑบาตรข้าวสารอาหารแห้งราวกับมาจากดาวดึงส์จริง ๆ รวมทั้งขบวนแห่นางฟ้า  นางสวรรค์  พระอินทร์  เมียพระอินทร์  ลูกพระอินทร์แล้วยังมีเปรต  อสูรกายต่าง ๆ  ให้เกิดความสำนึกในการทำบาปมากขึ้น  ซึ่งเป็นประเพณีที่น่าประทับใจมาก

                        และปีนี้ก็จะมีอีกครั้ง  ซึ่งเป็นปีที่ 42 แล้ว  ในวันเสาร์ที่  27  ตุลาคม  2550  ส่วนประเพณีงานบุญกลางบ้านนั้นก็เป็นกิจกรรมที่น่าชื่นชมกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่ได้จัดขึ้นนั้นก็เพื่อเป็นการอนุรักษ์ของเก่ามิให้หายไปจากชุมชนและยังให้ชุมชนเกิดความสามัคคีรักใคร่ร่วมมือร่วมใจร่วมกิจกรรม  ซึ่งต้องยกผลประโยชน์และการมีวิสัยทัศน์ที่กว้างไกลของท่านนายกเทศมนตรีเทศบาลตำบลเมืองแกลง ที่จะใช้การชูประเพณีและวัฒนธรรมต่างๆ มาส่งเสริมให้อำเภอแกลงหรือเมืองแกลงของเราทุกคนว่าเป็นเมืองแกลงที่น่าอยู่น่าท่องเที่ยวเหมือนครั้งในอดีต

I have known  Klang district or MuangKlang by the  asking of my old friend who  lived  in MangKlang during  my vaealion since 1970. It around 37 years ago. Of course,the difference had changed in many ways. By the times. Especialy in living,the environment and society extremely changed. And including of many new building. Example! the changed of Leam Mae Pim beach , the  old scenery of the beach absolutely changed,the beautiful beach with white sand and clean, had hidden by the food shops, the beach umbrellas and beach chairs,.Every thing change into the same as the other beaches such as Bangsaen or Pattaya. etc. at the ancient times if we wanted to go to Leam Mae Pim  we must prepared many accessories such as mat, stove, plate with fork and spoon , food , water and ice etc. that made the enjoyable to find the place just like under the trees with their families. But right now the municipality of their own come to take care and built the comfortable place with  the shower for people take shower after they came up from the sea. And it has many food shops, hotels resorts, and even a small port with fresh sea foods market, the souvenirs shop on the beach.

It means that they have developed but in the different way for me I think that the beautiful by natures is more importance At the present time the environment has changed many garbagess on the beach side. No one take the responsibility to protect the favorite tourists. So MuangKLang since 37 years of mine, was nice and chamming more than in the Present.
But  the  important  things  after  37  years  that  MuangKLang  never  changed  was  “The  Customs  and  traditions”  and  it  always  make  the  impressive  on  me  and  make  me  very  happy  and  enjoy  it  such  as.

1. Songkran  festival
2. Fruits season  festival
3. Blessing  to  the  Buddhist Lent  ceremony
4. Blessing  to  the  end  of  Buddhist Lent  or  called  in  Thai  “Takbart Taewoo Festival”
5. Loykathong  festival
6. Boon Kluang Baan festival
7. And  the  last  one  is  New  Year’s  day

Especially  on  Songkran Day  and  New  Year’s  day to  joy  that  days  with  my  friend’s  Family  and  their  cousins  in  Muangklang  And  the  best  impressive  tradilions  are “Takbart  Taewoo Festival” (It  means  that  we  give  alms  to  many  priests at  the  end  of  Buddhist  lent)  and  “Boon Kluang Baan festival  Takbart  taewoo festiveal”  can  present  in  pretty  ways  by  invite  several  priests  to  give  alms  to  them  with  rice  and  instant  food. Hundreds  of  priests  pretend  coming  from  heaven,  with  the  amazing  of  angels, goddess, god, with  Indra  and  his  families.  and  also  ghosts, demons  to  let  the  people  understand  that  they  must  not  do  nothing  wrong. This  festival  will  celebrate  soon  on  this  Saturday  27Th October  2007.

“Boon  Klang  Baan”  festival  is  the  one  of  community’s  activity  to  conserve  the  antique  cultures  to  stand  on  the  community  this  festival  also  help  the  community  in  reunion  and  co-operate  in  all  kind  of  activities.  This  festival  is  satis-factory  by  the  Mayor  of  Muang Klang  Municipality  who  has  good  visions  and  leads  the  customs  and  traditions  to  make  Muang Klang  is  the, best  place  to  living  and  for  sight  seeing  just  liked  in  the  past  times.

             ดังนั้น  จึงจะเชิญชวนให้ทุกท่านพร้อมใจกันทำภารกิจประจำวันที่ท่านทำอยู่ในทุก ๆ วัน  เพื่อช่วยโลกพิชิตภาวะโลกร้อน  โดยใช้  4  วิธี  ดังนี้
1. ก่อนออกจากบ้าน
ให้ทุกท่านถอดปลั๊กสายไฟต่าง ๆ  ภายในบ้านให้เรียบร้อย  กับเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าที่ท่านไม่ได้
ใช้งาน  เช่น  ปลั๊กทีวี, พัดลม, คอมพิวเตอร์  หลังเลิกใช้งานหรือออกจากบ้าน รวมทั้ง  เมื่อออกจากบ้านก็ให้ใช้ถุงผ้าหรือกระเป๋าใส่สัมภาระของท่านหรืออาหาร  เพื่อเป็นการลดการใช้ถุงพลาสติกที่ทำให้โลกร้อน

Everybody  used  to  hear  about  “The  Flood”  some  of  them  thought  that  just  kidding  only.  At  last  the  kidding  words  almost  come  true.
We  are  now  face  the  problems  of  the  Greenhouse  Effect  or  Greenhouse  gases  that  make  the   elimates  of  very  parts  of  the  world  change  such  as  heavy  rains,  flooded,  the  fall  of  snow  in  the  countries  which  never  fell  before  and  the  volcanoes’bomb  etc.
So  I  would  like  to  invite  all  people  in  the  hole  world  do  your  daily  activities  to  protect  the  Global  warming  and  the  world  will  soon  heal,  By  4  methods  of  your  daily  activities
1. Before  leave  the  houses 
Unpluged  your  electric  appliance  in  your  house  such  as  T.V., fans, computers  etc.  after  used  or  when  you  leave  your  house.  And  you  must  use  the  cloth  sacks  or  the  pockets  for  putting  your  foods  and  every  thing  you  need  inplace  of  the  plastic  bags  which  make  Global  warming.
2. The  way  to  school  or  to  the  office. 
If  your  office  and  your  school  are  very  close,  for  your  saving  and  healthy  you  can  walk  or  ride  the  bikes,  and  if  both  of  them  are  too  far  you  should  get  the  buses.  For  small  children  use  school’s  buses  or  the  parents  will  drive  their  cars  you  must  call  your  neighbours  on  the  way  with  you
3. In  the  canteen
In  the  canteens  at  the  schools  or  in  the  offices.  You  must  choose  the  menu  of  vegetables  All  together  children  and  a  dults.  Because  the  university  of  Chicago  had  already  analysed  about  the  product  from  animals  can  make  the  world  more  dangerous  than  the  product  of  agriculture.  And  all  vegetables  are  also  good  for  our  heath.
4. At  the  desk  and  at  the  office 
- You  ought  to  use  the  computer  with  the  cleverest  way.  By  using  the  note  book  or  computer  P.C.  with  flat  monitor  in  place  of  the  old  type  or  turn  off  the  monitor  very  time  you  finish  using  it.
-  We  should  to  use  the  cloth  napkins  in  stead  of  paper  napkins  (tissues)  to  save  the trees  and  save  the  energy  for  transportation  and  production.
